Safe and secure storage

We have a secure storage facility in Hastings. We offer clients short term and long term storage for their art collections. Our short term storage is perfect for commercial and hotel art installation where we can receive the order then deliver and install. Our long term storage is good for gallery support and logistics.

This autumn we will be launching our new climate control storage, with GIS compliant environment.

We can insure all items stored with us for additional fees.

Transportation

Smooth and safe transportation

We provide safe transport of contemporary art, paintings, old masters, sculptures, works on paper, mirrors and framed prints. True Level offers a gallery-to-wall service, all of our drivers are experienced art technicians and can install on delivery if required.

Our fleet of specialist vehicles are fully alarmed and equipped with GPS tracking systems and air-ride suspension for smooth transport of delicate items. Our tracking system is monitored by us and not by a third-party. Our largest van has a capacity of 2500mm x 4100mm x 2100mm and is fitted with a large tail lift for heavy crates and sculptures up to 500kg.

We offer transport throughout the UK and Europe. We can soft wrap or produce travel frames and crates. Our art transport includes £250k art transit insurance. For additional fees we can increase up to £500k. Full T&C's of our insurance can be viewed on request.

We are based in London and Hastings. We transport to all of the UK and Europe.

Installation

Elevate your collection with professional installation

Our team of art technicians are experienced in hanging art in private residential properties, commercial spaces, offices, hotels and galleries.

We work alongside art consultants, interior designers, private collectors and gallery curators.

Our vans are stocked with a wide range of picture hanging fixings, installation equipment, packaging materials and ladders. Preparation is a high priory for True Level so our clients can get the most out of our installation sessions.

Our team are CSCS, IPAF and PASMA trained for commercial installations and working at height. We are friendly and professional and treat all clients' artwork with the greatest respect. From nostalgic family photos to priceless masterpieces, if it is important to you then it's important to us.

We are based in London and Hastings. Our installation team cover the whole of the UK and Europe.

Curation

Our director and senior technician Jacob specialises in curation consultancy.

We have found that often clients can feel overwhelmed after renovating their home, especially as the identity of the house can change.

Jacob will work with you to help realise what you want from your art collection, advising on how best to elevate your art through improved presentation and curation.
